Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (In India):
- We are offering free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Once the order is confirmed, usually the products are shipped in 1-2 working days.
- Once order is dispatched, customer would be informed about the same and a tracking ID would be provided.
- Standard delivery time for most of the cities is 2-5 working days, while for remote places, it may take 5-7 working days.
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues like weather, other environmental conditions, heavy traffic due to festive season, there might be a delay in delivering the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Kindly get in touch with us through email for international shipping.
Cash on Delivery details:
- COD option is available at the additional charges of Rs. 70/-
- COD payment option is available only for the order value up to Rs. 5000/-. Orders above Rs. 5000/- need to be prepaid.

COD facility is available, if :
- Our courier partners offer COD option for your delivery PIN code
- Billing and Shipping addresses are same
- If above conditions are not met, an online payment has to be made to confirm and place the order.
- All COD orders would be confirmed via phone or SMS.
Order modification/cancellation:
- Order once placed can not be changed.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us through email at care@shopanasuya.com within 6 hours of placing the order.
- If there is any correction in shipping address or contact details, same shall be informed to us through email at care@shopanasuya.com within 6 hours of placing the order.
