Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver to all PIN code locations covered by our delivery partners. In case your PIN code location is not covered, we would ship your parcel through Indian Post. In that case, only prepaid orders would be processed.

Do you offer COD services? And what is the COD limit?
Yes, we do offer COD service to the PIN codes in serviceable areas. This depends on services provided by our delivery partners.
For COD orders, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. Also card payments might not be accepted for COD payments at the time of delivery.
COD order can be placed only for the cart value less than Rs. 5000/-

How long would it take for order delivery?
All orders (except custom and pre-booked orders) are shipped within 1-2 working days. Usually domestic orders are delivered within 2-5 days depending on delivery location PIN code and mode of payment. 

Do I need to create an account to place the order?
No. You don't need to create an account to place orders. However, we recommend to create an account to receive additional discounts and benefits.

What prepaid payment options do you accept?
Our website offers several safe and secure payment options. We accept most of the debit and credit cards for the payment. You may also opt to pay using UPI, wallets and net banking.

Do you take international orders?
Though this feature is currently not available on website, we request you to get in touch with us through email for international shipping.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking details on your mobile number and/or email address along with a tracking link and/or AWB. Using those details, you can track your order.

Do you take custom orders?
We would be happy to assist you. Please get in touch with us through Whatsapp or email along with the requirements.

Can I change my delivery address or contact number once the order is placed?
Yes. Please email us within 6 hours of placing the order along with details.

I missed the delivery. What shall I do?
Be assured, we would make another delivery attempt. For the undelivered orders, we make two more (total three) delivery attempts on consecutive days.
If you have missed the delivery, you can write us at along with your order number. We will take necessary steps to deliver your parcel.

I wish to cancel my order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us through email at within 6 hours of placing the order.

I placed same order twice by mistake.
If you have placed same order twice and wish to cancel one of the orders, contact us immediately through email along with the order details.
We will cancel one of your orders and refund the (prepaid) amount back to the payment method used while placing the order.

I want to return my order.

Do you take orders over a phone call or Whatsapp?
Sorry, we do not take orders over a phone call or Whatsapp or email unless it is a custom or pre-booking or international order.
Customers can place their orders through the website
